CMIS is an integrated Personnel Management and Payroll System of Manipur Government. It has completely superceded the erstwhile MGEL/CPIS. It is also a major component of IFMS - Integrated Finance Management System of Government of Manipur.

Unlocking of PAY/GPF/GIS details is not possible once paybill is generated. Therefore, please do not send UNLOCK requests for employees whose paybills have been generated in CMIS.

For data updation requests, please ensure that mail is sent from the official mail account of the concerned HOD/DDO (in gov.in or nic.in domain) only.
In case, official mail of HOD/DDO is not available or mail is to be sent by an assistant on behalf of HOD/DDO, please attach a scan copy of the letter duly signed by the HOD/DDO in the mail.

Provision for Officiating/In-charge officials is now available in CMIS.
1. HoD office :- In transfer module, select the Option “In-Charge”. This option is not available for transfers across departments.
2. DDO office :- Under DDO Assistant login, map the employee to the post he is holding in-charge of.

Salary Bill Portal is now available in public domain at https://billportalmn.nic.in
To login, please follow the steps below:
1. Change the Final Password in BEAMS (from BEAMS Portal) limiting the new password to 10 characters maximum.
2. Login to Bill Portal using the updated credentials.
